These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MealFlow mobile app. MealFlow is provided by Davut Kilinc, Marktstr. 32, 74363 Güglingen, Germany. By using MealFlow, you agree to these Terms.

Use of MealFlow

You may use MealFlow to save recipes, plan meals, manage pantry information, create shopping lists, cook with guided steps, and use related app features. You are responsible for the information you add to the app and for how you use it.

Health, Allergy, and Food Safety Notice

MealFlow is a meal planning and recipe organization tool. It does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or food safety advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking times, temperatures, and food safety requirements yourself. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or nutrition concerns, consult an appropriate professional.

Recipe Content and Imported Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any recipes, links, notes, photos, or other content you add or import into MealFlow may be used by you. MealFlow may help extract recipe information from websites, but extracted content can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review imported recipes before relying on them.

iCloud Sync and Sharing

Some MealFlow features may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. iCloud availability, sync behavior, sharing, storage, and account access are controlled by Apple and your Apple ID settings. We are not responsible for interruptions, sync delays, account limitations, or data handling by Apple services.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If MealFlow offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription management rules apply. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse MealFlow, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

MealFlow, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by Davut Kilinc or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MealFlow to you.

Third-Party Services

MealFlow may interact with Apple services and websites you choose to import recipes from. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

MealFlow may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If we update them, we will change the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimer

MealFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content generated, imported, synced, or displayed by the app will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davut Kilinc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or losses related to food preparation, allergy exposure, recipe errors, sync issues, or use of third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using MealFlow at any time. We may restrict access to the app or its services if necessary to protect the app, users, legal rights, or comply with law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
